The growers
Twelve families, one mountain
We buy from the same twelve groves every year and pay before the harvest rather than after it, which is why the oil is pressed within a week of picking instead of sitting in a warehouse waiting for a better price.
It also means when a season is bad we carry it with them. That is the whole arrangement, and it is why the oil tastes the same every year.

Anywhere in Beirut within 48 hours, free over $40. Outside Beirut we use a courier and it takes two to three days.
Can you ship abroad?
Yes. Oil and honey travel well and we pack them properly. Message us with the destination and we will quote the shipping.
Can I taste before buying?
Please do. There is always an open bottle of each oil on the counter, and we would rather you bought the one you actually like.
How long does the oil keep?
About eighteen months if you keep it out of the light. Every bottle is dated with the pressing week, not just a use-by.
